SPINELESSSpineless, is a fascinating exhibition at the New York Aquarium including a variety of fascinating jellyfish species, and enormous Japanese spider crabs.

You can find a variety of outdoor, rocky beach exhibits here that feature penguins, sea otters, sea lions, and seals, sharks and rays, sea turtles, fish, jellyfish species, enormous Japanese spider crabs, and more, you may explore this indoor display.

At the Aquarium, you can educate yourself about marine life and become an advocate for the ocean. One (1) 4-D admission is included with the purchase of a NY Aquarium ticket and is also included with Aquarium-specific Membership levels (Legacy, Aquarium-only, Zoos + Aquarium combo, Conservation Supporter, and above). It is not included with Zoos-only and IDNYC Membership plans, but discounted tickets can be purchased at the park. Inclusion of the 4-D Theater in the Wednesday Donation Admission (3pm-Closing).

The relationships our sea lions develop with their trainers are shown in this interactive display. They teach the animals actions that pique their curiosity and support their care. Weather permitting, every year. Seasonal changes affect the show schedule. For daily times, consult the schedule on the website or in the lobby. All five WCS sites in New York City—the Bronx Zoo, Central Park Zoo, Prospect Park Zoo, Queens Zoo, and New York Aquarium—display solely California sea lions. For breeding purposes, individuals are sporadically relocated between the parks to maintain a genetically sound and sustainable population.
